Role: Full Stack Developer (WordPress | Laravel | React.js | Next.js)

About the Role

We are looking for Full Stack Developer with strong frontend and backend development capabilities.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently develop websites, web applications, dashboards, and custom software solution, from understanding requirements and designing database architecture to development, testing, and deployment.

We value developers who are technically strong, have a good sense of UI/UX, actively use AI-powered development tools, and can quickly adapt to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert Figma designs into responsive, visually accurate WordPress websites using Elementor and custom development.
• Build modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Develop scalable and secure backend applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Design database schemas, relationships, migrations, and optimized queries.
• Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL (PGSQL), SQLite, and Supabase.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, third-party services, authentication systems, and payment gateways.
• Customize WordPress themes, plugins, Elementor components, and dynamic functionality.
• Build admin dashboards, internal tools, and custom business applications.
• Independently debug, optimize, maintain, and deploy applications.
• Use AI development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, research, and automation while reviewing the quality and security of generated code.
• Ensure responsive design, application performance, security, and maintainable code.
• Research and implement new technologies based on project requirements.

Required Technical Skills

1. Frontend Development

• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design skills.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Ability to translate Figma designs into functional interfaces.
• Good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, typography, spacing, and visual consistency.

2. WordPress & Website Builder Development

• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor.
• Proven Figma-to-WordPress conversion experience.
• Experience building, customizing, and maintaining websites using Squarespace.
• Ability to customize Squarespace templates, layouts, styling, and website functionality.
• WordPress theme and plugin customization.
• Custom PHP, CSS, and JavaScript implementation.
• Experience with dynamic content, custom post types, and integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize WordPress and Squarespace websites.

3. Backend Development

• Strong PHP and Laravel development experience.
• REST API development and integration.
• Authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Backend architecture, business logic, and data validation.
• Third-party API integrations, webhooks, and background jobs.
• Application security, error handling, and performance optimization.

4. Database Development

• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, and Supabase.
• Ability to design complete database schemas independently.
• Strong SQL query-writing and optimization skills.
• Understanding of relationships, indexing, constraints, and migrations.
• Experience with Supabase authentication and database security.

5. Development Tools & Deployment

• Git and GitHub.
• AI coding assistants such as ChatGPT, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• API testing tools such as Postman.
• Basic Linux/server management.
• Deployment, hosting, and environment configuration.
• Familiarity with testing, debugging, and CI/CD workflows.

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

• WooCommerce and headless WordPress.
• Node.js and Express.js.
• Docker, Redis, and caching.
• AWS, Vercel, or other cloud deployment platforms.
• Automated testing using PHPUnit, Pest, Vitest, or Playwright.
• Technical SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience integrating AI APIs into applications.
• Experience building SaaS products, CRM systems, or internal automation tools.
