Full-Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails + React)

Full-Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails + React) GoGrow is looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to join our team and work directly with our US-based clients. You'll own features end to end, from database to UI, and act as a technical point of contact in client meetings. What you'll do Build and maintain full-stack features using Ruby on Rails (backend) and React (frontend) Take ownership of projects from planning through delivery Join meetings with US clients to discuss requirements, progress, and technical trade-offs Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and help uphold engineering standards What we're looking for 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React Excellent spoken and written English, you'll be communicating with clients directly A responsible, self-driven approach; someone we can trust to own their work Clear communication and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people Nice to have Experience leading teams or projects Experience working with remote/international clients Details Location: Montevideo - Hybrid Employment type: Full-time Department Software Development Locations Uruguay Remote status Hybrid
