Full Time Disposition Specialist

Position: Real Estate Disposition Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, may be required to work Saturdays, as needed

Rate: $5 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Market and promote available properties to qualified buyers.

Manage and maintain buyer relationships and build an active cash buyers list.

Qualify buyers and schedule property showings.

Negotiate offers and help maximize the sale price of each property.

Coordinate with buyers, sellers, title companies, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.

Assist with transaction coordination from contract to closing.

Follow up consistently with buyers and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Prepare property marketing materials and listings.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a Disposition or in Real Estate Sales is preferred.

Strong knowledge of FSBO, Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and other real estate platforms.

Understanding of real estate marketing and lead generation strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Ability to build rapport and persuade buyers to view and purchase properties.

Familiarity with real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and the closing process.

Knowledge of the U.S. real estate market is a strong advantage.
