Job Title: Real Estate - Disposition Specialist (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote Position Type: Full-time Salary : $8-10 USD/month + commissions Schedule: Eastern Standard Time, Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm EST Position Overview: As a Real Estate Disposition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the sale of our real estate assets. You will be responsible in reaching out to potential buyers and giving them options according to their buying criteria. This also includes creating a buyer list and managing CRMs in order to have a smooth and efficient system on the buying side of the business. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of real estate sales, a proactive mindset, and excellent negotiation skills. Responsibilities: - Finding qualified cash buyers and identifying their buying needs. - Conduct market analysis to determine optimal pricing and positioning for properties. - Negotiate offers, contracts with Buyers / Investors - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Qualifications: - Proven Experience of at least 1 year of work experience as a Disposition Specialist of a US-based - Real Estate Investing Company is required - Strong understanding of real estate wholesaling - Advanced/Native English Level C1/C2 - Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Real Estate CRMs and sales tools. - Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
