Arcaessentials is a fast-growing, U.S.-based ecommerce group that owns and operates multiple direct-to-consumer brands.

As part of our growing creative operations, we are looking for talented, detail-oriented, and reliable Full-Time Illustrators to join our team and create and adapt personalized digital illustrations based on customer references.

This is a fully remote, permanent, full-time position with a fixed Monday-to-Friday schedule and the opportunity for long-term professional growth within our company.

Role

Our illustration workflow is designed to be fast and efficient. Most assignments involve working with pre-prepared, AI-assisted artwork and making specific customizations rather than creating a complete illustration from scratch.

Typical tasks include:

• Adding, removing, or replacing flowers and decorative elements.
• Adding or changing names and personalized details.
• Adjusting and refining existing illustrations.
• Making revisions based on project requirements or internal feedback.

Most illustrations can typically be completed in approximately 10 minutes, depending on the modifications required.

All artwork is completed using Adobe Illustrator and must follow our established visual and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Create, adapt, and refine personalized digital illustrations.
• Follow project references, creative guidelines, and technical specifications.
• Review artwork before submission to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Complete revisions when required.
• Manage daily assignments efficiently and meet established deadlines.
• Maintain consistent productivity and quality throughout the workday.
• Communicate proactively with the team regarding questions, feedback, or potential delays.
• Collaborate with the creative team and follow established internal workflows.

Working Hours & Employment Details

• Position: Full-Time Illustrator.
• Employment Type: Permanent, full-time position.
• Work Arrangement: 100% remote.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Argentina Time, GMT-3).
• Lunch Break: One-hour lunch break included.
• Daily Working Hours: 8 working hours.
• Availability: Candidates must be available and actively working during the established schedule.
• Workload: High-volume illustration production, with an expected output of approximately 40–60 illustrations per day, depending on complexity and assigned tasks.
• Compensation: To be discussed based on experience and qualifications.

Ideal Candidate

• 2–3+ years of experience in graphic design or digital illustration.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work from photographic references.
• Ability to reproduce a defined visual style consistently.
• Efficient, organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• Able to manage multiple assignments and meet daily productivity expectations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to implement feedback.
• Updated portfolio with relevant illustration work.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Able to commit to a fixed full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Argentina Time.
• Equipped with a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and the necessary software to work remotely.
