Full-Time Video Editor

Ignitro Innovative Solutions is a creative and digital marketing agency in Doha, Qatar. We produce social media content for restaurants, cafés and food brands, and we are hiring a full-time Video Editor to join our remote team.

You will turn raw shoot footage into short vertical reels that make people hungry and make them order. Food is our main subject, so you need to know how to make it look as good on screen as it tastes.

What you will do

• Edit 9:16 reels for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook from raw shoot footage, working to an approved storyboard and shot list

• Colour-grade food footage so dishes look rich, natural and appetising, with no fake or over-saturated look

• Build a strong hook in the first two seconds, then pace the cut to the music with clean, intentional transitions

• Design the sound: music, sound effects that land on the exact frame, smooth overlapping transitions, and balanced loudness ready for social platforms

• Add on-screen text and titles in English and Arabic, using copy supplied by the team

• Create reel covers and short cut-downs from each edit

• Deliver on schedule, handle revision rounds quickly and cleanly, and keep project files organised and properly named

• Work with our social media manager, designers and shoot crew, and stay up to date with reel formats and trends in the food space

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally for social media or an agency

• A portfolio of food, restaurant or product reels (required)

• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut; After Effects is a plus

• Real colour-grading ability, with before-and-after examples

• A good ear for music and timing, and attention to detail on every frame

• Reliable delivery: you meet deadlines without being chased

• Good written English; Arabic is a plus
