๐Ÿงญ About In All Media In All Media is a global technology and design firm focused on building impactful digital solutions through remote, distributed teams across LATAM. We partner with international clients across industries, providing long-term technical expertise, product innovation, and team augmentation. Contract Details: This is a 100% remote contractor position open to talent anywhere in LATAM. Your contract and engagement will be directly managed with In All Media.

๐Ÿš€ Project Overview In this role, you will partner with an engineering team supporting a global leader in recruitment, matching technology, and high-scale job search platforms. The initiative focuses on building, maintaining, and scaling modern, data-intensive microservices and web applications that power core enterprise matching and platform workflows. Operating within industry-standard enterprise compliance and secure cloud workspace environments, you will bridge traditional full-stack product development with high-volume data ecosystems, ensuring reliability, low-latency execution, and continuous automation within a mature Agile environment.

๐Ÿ” Key Responsibilities

  • Fullstack Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable frontend and backend services along with automated workflows, utilizing Java as the core backend language, Python, microservices architecture, and React for modern UI/UX.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Bridge: Bridge the gap between core software engineering and data engineering practices to support robust, high-performance platform systems.
  • Agile Execution & Backlog Delivery: Participate actively in an Agile/Scrum sprint lifecycle, driving delivery and ticket progression via Jira backlogs.
  • Data-Intensive Engineering: Deliver reliable, high-availability services and performance optimizations within complex, rapidly evolving data environments.
  • Team Collaboration & Code Quality: Collaborate cross-functionally across distributed engineering teams, actively participating in code reviews, design discussions, and system debugging.

๐Ÿ’ก Must-Have Skills

  • Experience Level: 5+ years of hands-on professional software engineering experience working on enterprise-grade web applications.
  • Backend & Microservices: Strong backend expertise with Java as the primary language, supplemented by Python and distributed microservices architectures.
  • Frontend Engineering: Demonstrated proficiency in React and modern frontend web standards (UI/UX).
  • System Design & Optimization: Strong understanding of scalable data architecture, performance profiling, and optimization techniques.
  • Debugging & Architecture: Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills with practical, production-level architectural judgment.
  • Environment & Connectivity (Mandatory Compliance): Ability to work within an enterprise-provisioned Virtual Desktop Infrastructure / Cloud WorkSpace (AWS WorkSpaces). Candidates must verify reliable network latency/connectivity to an AWS WorkSpace region by completing the official health check and submitting a screenshot of successful results alongside their profile submission.

๐ŸŒŸ Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Event Streaming & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, data lakes, or enterprise data warehouse ecosystems.
  • AI & Machine Learning Ecosystems: Familiarity with MLOps (Machine Learning Operations), feature stores, or AI platform integrations.
  • Cloud & Observability: Direct experience with AWS-native cloud services (Amazon Web Services) and enterprise observability/monitoring tooling (such as APM, distributed tracing, metrics, and centralized logging).

๐ŸŒ Time Zone & Collaboration This role requires a minimum overlap of 6 hours with US Central Time (CT) business hours during a standard 8-hour workday to collaborate effectively with distributed engineering teams.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Language All interviews, technical documentation, daily team syncs, and operational communications will be conducted in English.
