Let’s build Pyyne together!
Pyyne is a boutique tech consultancy founded in New York, now operating across Sweden, Portugal, Brazil, Argentina, and the US.
We work on projects that are genuinely worth it: greenfield builds, re-architectures, and technical due diligence for companies that care about what they are building. We do not do maintenance, support, or QA. When a project moves into that phase, we move on.
We are looking for a full-stack developer to join our Stockholm team. The stack isn't fixed; we match projects to people, not people to a single stack, but one thing is up for debate: a genuine interest in AI. Not familiarity with the buzzword. An actual curiosity about how these tools work, how to build with them, and where they fall short.
You will work embedded in client teams, which means you are not an outside vendor; you are part of the team, building alongside them. The work is in English, mostly for US clients, so you need to be comfortable in that environment. You also need to be fluent in Swedish. Our Stockholm office runs in English, but we do have Swedish-speaking clients that still require the language.
What we care about:
You have been building things for a while and can point to real work, guiding us through the process of how things were created
You are genuinely interested in AI, not just aware of it
You communicate clearly, with clients and with colleagues
You are comfortable working independently and asking for help when you need it
Swedish fluency, full stop
What we work with:
Backend: JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, .NET, Python, or Go
Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
Frontend: React, Vue, Angular
What you get:
A small team with no bureaucracy and no HR department
Projects you can actually talk and be proud about at dinner time
People who want to spend time together because they enjoy it, not because they have to
Room to grow, twice-yearly reviews, and a mentor who advocates for you
If this sounds like the right environment for you, we would love to hear from you.
