Fundraising Executive – Dublin 1 | Hybrid

Salary: €35,000–€39,000

Location: Dublin 1

Contract: Temporary, with potential to become permanent

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote

Start: You must be available to start within one week’s notice

We are currently recruiting for a Fundraising Executive to join a busy fundraising team on a temporary basis, with potential for the role to become permanent.

This is a varied role suited to someone who is proactive, organised and confident working autonomously, supporting the smooth running of fundraising campaigns and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
• Following up with donors and stakeholders.
• Preparing and sending fundraising packs.
• Maintaining and updating databases, including data entry and segmentation.
• Supporting fundraising events and activities.
• Assisting with digital fundraising and social media.
• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Providing general administrative support to the fundraising team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in fundraising administration is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident working independently and managing competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM/database systems such as Raiser's Edge, Salesforce or HubSpot would be an advantage.
