Napblog Limited is hiring freelance Project Managers for the Nap OS Work Experience Program.
Nap OS gives students, graduates and career changers real project briefs — ten guided tasks over two weeks — and then does the thing that makes the work actually count: an experienced professional reviews what they built, gives written feedback, and confirms a verified record of it.
You would be that professional.
Since we spoke on the Main Stage at the gradireland Graduate Careers Fair in October 2026, demand has been arriving faster than we can review it. We are building a bench of freelance Project Managers to keep up, and recruiting toward 1,000 of them as the platform grows. Our target is 100,000 Nap OS members by the end of 2027. That is an ambition rather than a promise, and we would rather say so plainly than oversell it to the people we are asking to join us.
What you would do
- Carry a rolling caseload of Nap OS members working through project briefs in your field
- Review submitted work against criteria published to the member before they start
- Return written feedback within seven days of submission
- Hold two 15-minute one-to-one sessions with each member every month
- Confirm completion so a verified project record can be issued — stating which brief the member completed and what they produced
- Respond when an employer writes in to check that record
Who this is for
- At least five years of professional experience in a specific field — data and AI, marketing, product, finance, operations, engineering, design, HR or similar
- You have reviewed other people’s work before: juniors, interns, graduates, direct reports
- You can be specific and kind at the same time. “Good job” helps nobody, and neither does a list of everything that is wrong
- You hold a deadline without being chased
- Comfortable working entirely remotely, in English
Data and AI is where demand is heaviest at the moment — ticked more than twice as often as any other field by the people who signed up at the fairs — followed by marketing, product and strategy.
How it works
- Fully remote
- Freelance and self-employed. You invoice us, and you decide how many members you take on
- Caseloads are offered, not assigned. You accept what you have time for
- Rate: [to be confirmed — per member, per month]
- No fixed hours. A small caseload is typically two to four hours a week
Two things we want to be straight about
Nap OS sells project briefs, review and career support. Napblog Limited holds Licensed Employment Agency licence EA 5651, so precision matters here: we do not sell recruitment or job placement, and we do not guarantee employment to our members. The reference you provide is a factual confirmation of work completed and reviewed — not a character reference or a personal endorsement.
And we cannot guarantee you a volume of work. We will tell you the size of the pipeline as it actually stands, not as we hope it will look.
To apply
Answer the three questions below, and tell us in a few lines which field you would review in and the most useful piece of feedback anyone ever gave you on your own work.
