Are you organised, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and eager to make a real impact? Greenpeace Nordic is looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual to provide regional administrative support across our Fundraising & Technology Department.

This position is temporary until December 2027. The position is full time and will be based in our office in Copenhagen.

What we believe in

We are an equal opportunity employer with a longstanding commitment of providing a work environment that respects the dignity and worth of each individual. We value the benefits and strengths that diversity brings, and we thrive in an environment that encourages respect and trust. We promote equity, diversity and inclusion in our workplace and welcome applications from all sections of society.

About us

Greenpeace is a global network of campaigning organisations, working for a green and peaceful future. It comprises 26 independent national/regional Greenpeace organisations (NROs) in over 55 countries across Europe, Africa, the Americas, Asia and the Pacific, as well as a co-ordinating organisation, Greenpeace International. We expose global environmental problems and force positive changes through research, lobbying and non-violent direct action. For more information, please see www.greenpeace.org.

About the role

The role’s responsibilities focus on providing operational and administrative support to the Fundraising & Technology Director and the Fundraising Management Team. This includes proactively coordinating departmental priorities and deliverables, overseeing Nordic reporting across financial, performance and organisational activities, and producing presentations for a range of stakeholders. The role also works across departments to strengthen internal systems, workflows and processes that support Nordic fundraising and technology operations. In addition, the position supports strategic planning and budget processes, project manages key initiatives including regional internal events and collaborations, and contributes to recruitment and onboarding.

About you

You are organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of integrity and a commitment to Greenpeace’s campaign work and values. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are confident providing support to senior colleagues, anticipating needs and taking initiative. You enjoy working collaboratively while also being able to manage tasks independently, and are comfortable working with technology and systems, coordinating reporting requirements and improving processes. You can balance multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing needs, and contribute to both day-to-day operations and longer-term strategic objectives. As the role involves communication and reporting across the Nordic region, fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
