Role Description The Funnel Builder is a remote, responsible for designing, building, and optimizing sales funnels that drive lead generation and conversions. Daily tasks include mapping customer journeys, creating landing pages and opt-in forms, configuring CRM workflows, and integrating email marketing sequences. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align funnel strategies with business goals, testing and refining funnel elements using analytics, and ensuring smooth handoffs between marketing automation and CRM processes. The Funnel Builder also works with developers and designers when needed to improve user experience and implement technical integrations across tools and platforms.
Qualifications

• Ability to work safely and effectively at height, including Working at Height and Work at Height skills.
• Proficiency with Window Cleaning techniques and related access methods where required for onsite installations or branding setups.
• Experience in Rope Access operations for tasks that require secure and controlled access at elevated locations.
• Competence in Inspection activities to ensure safety, structural integrity, and compliance for on-site installations or equipment used at height.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, including setting up workflows and integrations.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (e.g., landing page builders, form tools, analytics platforms) and UX best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team.
• Relevant certifications or training in working at height, rope access, or safety standards are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
