🐝 About the programme
Redbee Academy is opening applications for GenAI Talent Path, our second programme after Odoo Talent Program. It runs for six months; it is fully remote and self-paced, and it is free.
This is a training programme built around the capabilities we hire for, and top performers get the opportunity to join the Redbee team as GenAI engineers at the end of it.
What you will learn
You build across two pillars ⚡️
Pillar 1, GenAI and LLM applications. Retrieval, internal knowledge assistants, copilots. You learn to make an assistant answer from a company's own documents, and to handle the case where the source data arrives messy and contradictory, which is how it always arrives.
Pillar 2, AI agents and workflow automation. You move from a model that returns text to an agent that takes actions inside systems already running. Integration, deployment, and keeping it working after the demo is over.
Supporting modules cover foundations, tooling (Databricks, n8n, Zapier), AI product thinking, and a capstone you build yourself.

Preferred, not required:
No AI experience needed. No machine learning background, no research papers, no prior contact with an LLM. Despite n8n and Zapier appearing in the curriculum, this is not a no-code programme, and Pillar 2 assumes the prerequisites above.

Applications open 1 September and close 16 September 2026. Selection is communicated after applications close. The programme starts 1 October 2026, with projected completion on 31 March 2027.
