Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic Generalist to drive growth across Go-To-Market (GTM), Social Media, and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, wears multiple hats, and is eager to make a direct impact on a high-growth startup. While coding is not required, an understanding of technical concepts would be a plus. Key Responsibilities Go-To-Market (GTM) Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire and retain users. Optimize conversion funnels and drive paid/organic growth. Work closely with product and data teams to refine messaging and positioning. Social Media Lead TikTok and other social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness. Manage influencer partnerships and creator collaborations. Analyze social trends and optimize content strategy for maximum impact. Finance Track key financial metrics and analyze performance. Assist with revenue forecasting and monetization strategies. Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For Experience in GTM, social media marketing, or finance-related roles. Deep understanding of TikTok, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends. Data-driven mindset with a bias for action. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
