Our team brings hands-on operating experience and partners with clients to solve real problems, strengthen controls, improve workflows, and build automation that lasts. Who we tend to hire

We look for people who build, not just advise. Across levels from analyst to manager, the strongest fits usually bring:

• Hands-on experience with Alteryx (building workflows, not just running them)
• Strength in Power BI, SQL, and other automation or analytics tools
• A mix of consulting and in-house or practitioner experience
• Comfort translating messy business problems into clean, automated solutions
• A finance, accounting, or operations background is a plus for some roles, though not required for all

What it’s like here

Fully remote, East Coast hours preferred. A small, growing team where you help build something rather than slot into a machine. You will work directly on client engagements, own real outcomes, and grow as the firm grows.
