General Manager / Outlet Manager / Shift Supervisor

Role Description The General Manager / Outlet Manager / Shift Supervisor role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to perform some duties from home. The role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring consistent service standards and compliance with relevant policies and procedures. The individual will manage workflow during shifts, monitor performance and resource usage, and address operational issues promptly. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders, prepare routine reports on operations and performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires hands-on supervision on-site in Abu Dhabi combined with remote administrative and coordination tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in team leadership and shift supervision, including coordinating staff activities and supporting performance management.
• Operational management skills, such as organizing daily workflows, overseeing service quality, and implementing standard operating procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and the public.
• Basic understanding of regulatory or compliance environments; experience in public administration or data protection-related settings is an advantage.
• Proficiency with common office software, digital collaboration tools, and reporting methods to support hybrid work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a part-time schedule, and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Relevant vocational or academic background in management, administration, law, or related fields is preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Slovak or other languages is beneficial for communication and documentation.
