Company Description MantraCare is transforming healthcare through AI-powered therapy, chronic care, and holistic wellness solutions tailored for employers, insurers, and health systems. The organization operates a global, AI-first ecosystem spanning mental health, diabetes, musculoskeletal care, nutrition, and telehealth. Its hybrid model combines automated triage and therapy with escalation to a network of over 51,000 licensed experts when needed. This integrated approach delivers comprehensive, continuous care while driving significant cost savings and better health outcomes and engagement for patients.

Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a General Physician supporting telehealth services within MantraCare’s AI-enabled care ecosystem. Daily responsibilities include reviewing AI-generated assessments, confirming diagnoses, creating treatment plans, prescribing medications where appropriate, and documenting encounters in digital health records. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to clinical protocols, and providing patient education on prevention, lifestyle, and ongoing management. Physicians will help refine AI-assisted workflows by offering clinical feedback that improves care quality and safety.

  • Exposure to Nursing and multidisciplinary care environments, with respect for collaborative, team-based care models.
  • Interest and capability in Training, including mentoring clinicians, supporting protocol development, or contributing to clinical education materials.
  • Valid medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) and current license to practice, with eligibility to provide telemedicine services in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Comfort with digital tools, electronic health records, and AI-assisted clinical workflows; ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear, empathetic patient interactions in virtual settings and concise clinical documentation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, data-informed decision-making, and culturally sensitive care.
  • Prior telehealth or remote care experience is preferred but not required; willingness to work flexible hours aligned with a global patient base.
