About the job:
You will lead the sales organization across Brazil, driving commercial excellence, strong field execution, and sustainable growth across the indirect channel. You will play a key role in strengthening customer partnerships and ensuring a customer-centric approach to deliver our business ambitions.

• Lead initiatives that advance our brands and strengthen our reputation worldwide.
• Mentor and uplift emerging talent while pushing your own growth and influence.
• Put purpose into practice — embedding sustainability, access and social impact into every decision.
• Model the challenger mindset: question complexity, act with integrity and make things radically simple.
• Help shape a culture that’s ambitious, collaborative and serious about recognition and belonging.

Main responsibilities:

• Translate commercial strategies into consistent execution across pharmacies nationwide.
• Maximize productivity, performance, and customer engagement.
• Lead one of Opella Brazil’s largest field sales teams.
• Contribute directly to business performance and organizational capability building.
• Develop talent and support succession planning within the commercial organization.

About you:

• Experience: Experience in Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceutical, or related industries.
  Strong experience leading leaders and large geographically dispersed teams.
• Skills: Experience managing complex customer and channel environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Languages: Advanced English proficiency is desirable.
