We're looking for a German-Speaking Customer Advisor to join an international customer service team in Bucharest. This is more than answering questions: you'll become a trusted point of contact for German-speaking customers, combining excellent communication with problem-solving, active listening, and commercial awareness. What you'll do Support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat Understand customer needs and provide clear, professional solutions Handle questions, requests, and more complex cases with patience and empathy Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM Work closely with internal teams and escalate issues when necessary Build positive customer relationships through excellent service Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling when relevant Contribute to strong CSAT and service-quality results Follow established processes while maintaining a customer-first mindset What's in it for you? Start with structured training You won't be expected to know everything from day one. You'll receive 1 week of training to help you understand the role, tools, processes, and customer journey. Training schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00–17:00 After training, you'll transition into your regular full-time schedule. What makes you a great fit?
