German-Speaking Customer Advisor | Bucharest Location: Bucharest, Romania Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote Languages: German C1–C2 + English B2 Salary: 5,969 RON net/month Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Contract: Full-time, permanent About the Role We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join a dynamic customer service team in Bucharest. In this role, you will interact with customers through phone, email, and live chat, provide effective solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat Provide professional and solution-oriented customer support Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex cases when needed Identify and take advantage of cross-selling and upselling opportunities Requirements C1–C2 level of German , both written and spoken B2 level of English for internal communication Strong communication and active listening skills Good computer literacy and MS Office knowledge Customer service experience or experience handling customer interactions Experience using CRM systems is an advantage Proactive, patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach Comfortable with cross-selling/upselling Willingness to work 3 days on-site in Bucharest Full-time availability What We Offer 5,969 RON net/month total base net income 5,569 RON net base salary 400 RON net hybrid/work setup allowance 25 RON meal voucher per worked day Performance bonuses based on CSAT and service quality KPIs Additional earning opportunities through cross-selling/upselling Weekend/overtime work is rare and comes with a 25% premium 1 week of training, Monday–Friday, 10:00–17:00 Multiple start dates available
