About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join an international customer service team in Bucharest.

You will support German-speaking customers through phone, email and live chat, provide professional solutions, manage customer requests, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone with a sales-oriented mindset who is comfortable identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
• Provide professional and solution-oriented support in German
• Understand customer needs and identify appropriate solutions
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Work closely with internal teams to achieve customer service and quality targets

Requirements

• German: C1/C2, spoken and written
• English: B2 minimum
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales or Customer Service, preferably in a BPO/voice environment
• Strong communication and active-listening skills
• Customer-focused, patient and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
• Good computer literacy and MS Office skills
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
• Comfortable working with sales and upselling opportunities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full-time availability
• Ability to commute to the Bucharest District 4 office 3 days per week

🎓 Training

• Only candidates already based in Bucharest/Romania will be considered
• Relocation support is not available
• Weekend/overtime coverage is rare and, when required, is compensated with a 25% premium
