This role is perfect for individuals passionate about travel and technology, looking to deliver exceptional service to German-speaking clients in the travel industry. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding travel technology solutions. Assist customers with inquiries related to booking platforms, software usage, and troubleshooting technical issues. Guide clients through the booking process and ensure they have a seamless experience with the technology provided. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring effective resolutions and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex queries and improve customer experience. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and industry trends. Document all customer interactions accurately to contribute to service improvements. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel technology or tech support sector. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Passion for travel and understanding of the travel technology landscape. Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential evenings or weekends as needed.
