German Speaking Gaming Support Agent - Remote Egypt

We are currently recruiting German-speaking Gaming Support Agents for a fully remote opportunity in the gaming industry.

As a Gaming Support Agent, you will support players for a well-known game studio, helping them with account, technical, gameplay, and purchase-related issues while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Please Note

We are only able to consider candidates currently based in:

Albania, Bosnia, Egypt, Greece, Hungary, Kosovo, or Turkey.

Responsibilities

• Support players via chat and email
• Help users with account and technical issues
• Handle gameplay and purchase-related queries
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Work closely with Team Leads and Operations Managers
• Stay updated on new game releases and updates
  
  

Requirements

• German level C1 minimum
• English level B2 minimum
• Passion for gaming and strong gaming knowledge
• Ownership of a PS4, PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, or modern gaming PC/laptop
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Quiet workspace at home
  
  

Technical Requirements

Customer service experience is a plus.

• Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mb/s download & upload)
• Minimum 8 GB RAM
• Windows 11 or macOS 13+
• Modern processor and graphics card
• Smartphone for two-factor authentication
