Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Manage inquiries via email, phone, and chat including orders, complaints, and general assistance. Issue Resolution: Turn challenges into opportunities by providing thoughtful, solution-oriented responses. Feedback Loop: Capture and relay customer insights to improve service delivery and product offerings. Order Review: Assist customers with design and order-related queries to prevent issues before they arise.
