Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, including orders, complaints, and general support. Sales Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Issue Resolution: Turn challenges into opportunities by offering thoughtful, solution-oriented responses. Feedback Loop: Capture and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings. Order Review: Support customers with design and order queries to prevent issues before they arise.
