About The Role

Rex.zone is hiring Germany-based English & German AI Generalist Trainers to support AI/LLM workflows through RLHF, large language model evaluation, and training data quality improvements. You will assess model-generated outputs, rank responses, perform QA evaluation, validate reasoning and instruction-following, and write clear rationales under strict annotation guidelines compliance.

What You Will Do

• Evaluate bilingual (English/German) prompts and model responses
• Rate and rank outputs using RLHF-style preference ranking
• Validate reasoning, factuality, and instruction-following
• Perform QA checks and training data quality reviews
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential safety risks
• Write concise rationales to justify evaluation decisions
• Support prompt evaluation, data labeling, and content safety labeling
  
  

Requirements & Work Setup

• Full-time, remote role; must be based in Germany
• Fluency in both English and German
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed annotation guidelines consistently
• Comfortable collaborating asynchronously with a distributed team
  
  

Compensation

$35–$40/hr USD (role-fit and qualification performance dependent).

Feed salary range: $30–$50/hr USD.
