GL Accountant

Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations; Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; Reconcile bank accounts and intercompany balances; Support month-end and year-end closing activities; Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards; Collaborate with internal teams and clients on accounting matters; Identify and support process improvement initiatives. What we are looking for Higher education in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field; Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting; Previous experience in a similar accounting role; Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills; Positive, proactive, and flexible team player; Good command of English; Scandinavian language skills would be considered an advantage; Ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency; Creative problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
