Overview

As Global Digital Lead for Stellantis, with primary responsibility for Enlarged Europe, you will define and lead the next phase of digital, data, technology and AI transformation across one of Publicis Groupe's most strategically important global clients.

Leading the central Digital team, you will accelerate the adoption and maturity of market-leading digital capabilities across local markets, ensuring consistent excellence in digital planning, activation, measurement and optimisation.

As a member of the integrated leadership team spanning Media, Analytics, Productivity and Digital Operations, you will champion an omnichannel approach that connects strategy, technology and execution.

This is a highly visible leadership role with direct influence on how media is planned, activated, personalised and measured to deliver superior customer experiences and measurable business outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

You will shape and deliver Stellantis' digital vision through five strategic priorities:

  • Elevating digital capability and maturity across markets.
  • Delivering connected customer experiences powered by Connected Identity and Connected Media.
  • Embedding data-driven planning, activation and optimisation.
  • Scaling personalisation through advanced audience, creative and measurement solutions.
  • Accelerating media and marketing transformation through technology, automation and AI.

These priorities support four core client ambitions: customer centricity, omnichannel orchestration, innovation at scale, and a high-performing central-to-local operating model. Working closely with regional and market leadership, Publicis Collective capability teams, brand stakeholders and senior client partners, you will drive collaboration across planning, analytics, TAAG, activation and technology disciplines to deliver innovative, connected solutions that improve business performance across all Stellantis brands.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the long-term digital agenda for Stellantis, act as a trusted adviser to senior client leadership, and deliver transformational change across one of the industry's most complex and ambitious media ecosystems.

Key Priorities

  • Lead the development of the 2026 Joint Business Plan (JBP), defining the strategic digital roadmap and transformation priorities.
  • Lead the Digital Media Centre of Excellence, establishing best-in-class governance, innovation and scalable adoption of key initiatives across European markets.
  • Elevate media quality through the deployment of advanced ad verification, brand safety
  • and media effectiveness frameworks.
  • Scale Attention measurement and optimisation across planning, activation and performance reporting.
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of the Visual Asset Analyser (VAA) across priority European markets to improve creative effectiveness and video performance.
  • Drive the evolution of advanced video strategy, maximising utilisation and effectiveness across the full customer journey.
  • Own the advanced performance media agenda, including the design and deployment of custom bidding algorithms, optimisation models and AI-enabled activation capabilities.
  • Accelerate adoption of Connected Identity, audience strategy and emerging digital capabilities to improve campaign performance and customer experience.
  • Partner with regional and local teams to drive capability development, operational excellence and consistent implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Help shape the future digital agenda, identifying innovation opportunities and defining priorities that strengthen Stellantis' competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Significant leadership experience within a global media agency, consultancy or client-side organisation in digital, media, strategy, data or technology.
  • Deep expertise across the digital ecosystem, including DSPs, CDPs, CMPs, CRM, identity solutions, clean rooms and advanced measurement.
  • Strong understanding of audience strategy, consumer insights, behavioural analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technology and data into clear commercial strategies and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, international teams and influencing senior executive stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving transformation programmes and organisational change.
  • Outstanding communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for innovation, AI, digital transformation and delivering connected customer experiences at scale.
  • Increased digital maturity across markets.
  • Adoption of Connected Identity and advanced digital capabilities.
  • Improvement in media quality and performance KPI.
  • Successful delivery of the JBP digital partner programmes.
