Join us as the Global Digital Service Business Partner, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Digital Strategy across our Distribution Transformers (DT) Cluster. Imagine being the central bridge connecting our six factories with Digital Services and strategy functions, ensuring they are fully aligned with our digital governance model. Our team is dedicated to driving digital transformation across our Distribution Transformers Cluster in the 6 factories located in Mexico, Colombia, Canada, Germany, China and Hungary. We collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our digital initiatives align with business goals and operational needs. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Define and execute a globally aligned DT Digital Strategy through a transparent, structured requirements and decision-making framework across all six factories.
- Partner closely with factory heads and Digital Services teams to capture, structure, and prioritize business needs and translate them into decision-ready strategic inputs.
- Support the definition and implementation of the target digital landscape, governance model, architecture, and digitalization roadmap, ensuring alignment across all DT sites.
- Act as the central interface between factories, IT, OT, ERP, cybersecurity, leadership, and steering bodies, facilitating effective decisions and strategy execution.
- Drive consistency, reuse, and harmonization of digital solutions across sites while monitoring implementation progress, identifying gaps and risks, and ensuring adherence to the roadmap.
- Embed a compliance-by-design approach across all digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy standards and relevant frameworks such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and NIS2.
- Strong experience (at least 5+ years) as an IT and Digital Business Partner in complex environments.
- You have expertise in IT/OT integration and digital manufacturing environments with a proven track record in multi-site/international projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- You are experienced in working with ERP/SAP ecosystems and enterprise architecture concepts.
- You have a understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, contributing to strategy development and transformation programs.
- You are comfortable with occasional travel to our factories as needed (around 20% of the time max).
- Advanced English proficiency is required. Spanish proficiency is considered an advantage.
