Someone who moves with the rhythm of the internet, understands timing as a strategy, and sees platforms as playgrounds for creativity and impact. You know how to make a message travel. You create ideas that invite interaction and design moments that make people care. You balance intuition with data and bring energy that makes others want to follow. You will • Lead the social strategy across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube • Create content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and converts attention into action and creates a truly world class brand • Use data and AI tools to analyze performance, identify trends, and iterate fast • Collaborate with content, design, and growth teams to ensure consistent storytelling and measurable results • Engage directly with followers, turning comments and conversations into community • Evolve the tone of voice to be smart, playful, and human You bring • Proven experience growing a brand through social platforms and community driven storytelling • Deep understanding of how timing, tone, and creativity build lasting engagement • Strong grasp of short form video, carousels, and trend based formats • Analytical curiosity and the ability to connect engagement metrics to business impact • A creator mindset that values speed, testing, and iteration You understand that social is not performance.
