Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

At UiPath, we believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. To support our global growth, we’re looking for a Global Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Manager. You will build and run always-on lifecycle journeys in Marketo that move prospects and customers from first touch to opportunity, production, renewal and expansion, and you will support selected global campaigns.

As a Global Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Manager, you will own these journeys end to end in Marketo, including engagement programs, smart campaigns, lifecycle stages, integrations and reporting against holdout groups. Approximately 60% of your work will focus on lifecycle journeys and nurture. The rest covers selected one-off campaign builds, marketing automation strategy and program architecture.

You’ll partner closely with Global Campaigns, Marketing Operations, and other Demand Generation functions, to ensure journeys and campaigns are built correctly, tracked accurately and optimised for progression to the next stage.

This is a senior Individual Contributor role.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Build and run always-on lifecycle journeys in Marketo that move prospects and customers through the buying and customer lifecycle

  • Build and deploy global and regional campaigns, including program setup, emails, landing pages, tracking and QA

  • Build and maintain target segments and audiences across marketing automation, CRM and paid digital platforms

  • Measure program impact, including control-group testing, and share regular performance reports with clear recommendations

  • Test and optimise content, segments, messaging and timing to improve results

  • Maintain frequency, suppression and contact rules so audiences receive the right volume of communication

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data-protection rules across all channels

  • Verify tracking and integrations before launch, and keep programs aligned with brand standards

  • Document programs as reusable templates, and use AI tools to work faster and smarter

What you'll bring to the team

  • 3–6 years in marketing automation, lifecycle or nurture programs in B2B software, with advanced Marketo (engagement programs, tokens, program architecture)

  • Deep understanding of email marketing platforms and campaign execution

  • Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into clear recommendations

  • Proven experience with A/B and multivariate testing

  • Solid knowledge of GDPR and email compliance

  • Comfort with light HTML/CSS for template customisation

  • Strong communication and collaboration across regions and teams

  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on, day-to-day execution

  • A track record of measurable results

  • Nice to have: Marketo Certified Expert or other marketing automation certificatio

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
