The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Global Mobility Advisor to join our team on a full-time, 12-month parental leave contract.
In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for coordinating and enhancing our international recruitment and mobility program, helping internationally recruited employees (caregivers) transition smoothly into life and work at SJGHC.
As a key point of contact for employees (caregivers), managers and external partners, you will provide guidance and support throughout the relocation and onboarding journey, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from offer acceptance through to commencement.
You will play an important role in the success of our international recruitment strategy by managing visa and immigration processes, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, overseeing service providers, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve our programs, services and candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and continuously enhance SJGHC's global mobility program, ensuring a seamless relocation and onboarding experience for internationally recruited employees (caregivers).
- Manage visa, sponsorship and immigration processes, providing expert advice and ensuring legislative compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internationally recruited employees (caregiveers), hiring managers, suppliers and external partners throughout the mobility journey.
- Monitor and manage supplier and partner performance, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, candidate experience and return on investment.
- Develop, maintain and improve global mobility processes, documentation, reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience by gathering feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting Caregivers from offer acceptance through to successful onboarding.

We can offer you
- Salary: $110,700 to $114,200 per annum plus 12% superannuation
- 12-month fixed term full-time contract
