Join our global Talent Acquisition Operations team and help deliver a major recruitment technology implementation that will improve how candidates and recruiters experience the hiring process. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations, you will play a hands-on role in the deployment, integration and adoption of Paradox across multiple regions.
Based in one of our EMEA countries, you will support stakeholders globally while providing Mandarin-language training and enablement to users across China. Depending on local country requirements, this role may be performed remotely, with flexible working arrangements discussed as part of the recruitment process.
On a typical day you will
- Work with implementation consultants and internal teams to support the successful global deployment of Paradox
- Take part in requirements discussions, solution design workshops, validation activities and user acceptance testing
- Meet with Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters, HR stakeholders and technology teams to understand their needs and gather feedback
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations and feedback sessions for stakeholders in different regions
- Create practical training materials, user guides, knowledge articles and adoption resources
- Deliver training and enablement sessions in English and Mandarin
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate journey, recruiter experience and adoption of the technology
- Provide post-launch support, coaching and guidance to users
Responsibilities
- Contribute as a core member of the global Paradox implementation team
- Help translate business requirements into practical recommendations and solutions
- Support system configuration discussions, testing and validation activities
- Help ensure the implemented solution reflects agreed business requirements
- Support consistent global processes while recognising the needs of different regions
- Build effective working relationships with global Talent Acquisition, HR and technology stakeholders
- Lead Mandarin-language training and enablement for users across China
- Gather user feedback, identify adoption challenges and support improvements
- Contribute to change and adoption activities before and after launch
- Use feedback, operational data and knowledge of connected recruitment processes to identify practical enhancements
- Document and share lessons learned, good practices and opportunities for continuous improvement
What you will need to be successful
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
- Experience supporting the implementation, integration or adoption of HR or Talent Acquisition technology
- An understanding of how technology, processes and user journeys connect across the recruitment process
- Experience working with global teams across different regions and time zones
- The ability to build productive relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Experience delivering training, workshops or user enablement activities
- Clear communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- The ability to organise multiple priorities in a fast-moving project environment
Experience with Paradox or comparable conversational AI and recruitment automation technology would be valuable but is not essential. Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes, Workday Recruiting, Avature or organisational change would also support your success in the role.
