Role Description The Global Partnerships Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home arra

ngements.


This role will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, coordinating and managing vendors across different countries, ensuring we have reliable and capable partners to support our clients wherever they operate.


Key Responsibilities


  • Source and identify suitable vendors and local partners across global markets.
  • Conduct initial due diligence and assess vendor capabilities, experience and suitability.
  • Manage the vendor onboarding process, including documentation, compliance and commercial requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and ensure effective ongoing communication.
  • Coordinate with vendors to support client requirements and operational requests.
  • Negotiate rates and commercial terms where required.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of global vendors, capabilities, contacts and service areas.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any operational or service issues.
  • Support the expansion of our global partner network into new markets.
  • Work closely with internal operations and business development teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.


Requirements


  • 1–2 years of professional experience in partnerships, vendor management, procurement, business development, operations or a similar role.
  • Previous experience working with international vendors, suppliers or business partners is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with people from different countries and cultures.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors, requests and priorities simultaneously.
  • Confident in negotiating and discussing commercial terms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work across different time zones when required.
