Role Description The Sales Expert at Madaar Agency is responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting the most suitable marketing, creative, and digital solutions offered by Madaar.
The role is Hybrid / On-site and based in New Damietta. The Sales Expert will handle the sales process from lead generation and initial communication to presenting proposals, negotiating with clients, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and B2B Sales skills, with the ability to identify potential clients, understand their needs, present suitable solutions, and close deals effectively.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills, with strong active listening and the ability to build professional relationships with clients.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand business challenges and recommend suitable Marketing, Branding, Creative, and Digital Solutions.
- Strong Lead Generation and Follow-up skills, with the ability to manage prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and client conversations simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth client handover and project coordination.
- Previous experience in Sales, B2B Sales, Marketing Services, Advertising, CRM systems or other service-based industries is preferred.
- Ability to work Hybrid / On-site in New Damietta and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
