Con base en Santiago, Chile, el trainee administrativo o comercial tendrá la posibilidad de vivir una experiencia en cualquiera de nuestras áreas, recorriendo una trayectoria conectada con la estrategia del negocio, la visión organizacional y la cercanía con diferentes áreas estratégicas.

Trainee Global Kraft Heinz es una inmersión de 12 meses en la que tendrás la oportunidad de vivir el negocio de punta a punta.
Vas a rotar por áreas estratégicas del negocio, entender cómo cada pieza se conecta y liderar iniciativas con impacto real, aprendiendo de quienes ya están en este camino desde hace años.
PRERREQUISITOS
- Carreras elegibles: Cualquier carrera es elegible.
- Modalidad de grado: Licenciatura.
- Graduación: concluida entre diciembre de 2023 y diciembre de 2026.
- Localidad: residir o tener disponibilidad para trabajar en Las Condes, Santiago de Chile.
- Modalidad de trabajo: Hibrido, Full Time.
- Idiomas: inglés avanzado/fluyente.

- 12 meses de inmersión con rotación por áreas estratégicas de la compañía;

- Desafíos reales, junto a equipos multiculturales;
- Metodologías de mejora continua que forman parte del día a día;
- Oportunidad de ampliar tu experiencia más allá de tu área de origen.
Etapas del Proceso de Selección:
- Inscripción con Assessment Pymetrics;
- Prueba de inglés;
- Escape Room + entrevista con el equipo de People;
- Entrevista con el liderazgo;
- Panel final con la alta dirección de la compañía;
- Inicio en enero de 2026.
