Go High Level Implementation and AI Automation Specialist

The Role

You will set up, automate, and scale our GoHighLevel system, covering CRM, pipelines, funnels, workflows, and AI-powered communication. You turn business processes into automated systems that run reliably every day.

What You’ll Do

• Build GHL from the ground up: sub-accounts, pipelines, custom fields, tags, calendars, forms, funnels, and websites
• Automate workflows: lead capture, nurture sequences, follow-ups, appointment reminders, and pipeline movement
• Deploy AI capabilities: Conversation AI, Voice AI agents, AI chatbots, and content generation inside GHL
• Integrate tools: connect GHL with third-party platforms using Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks, and APIs
• Build AI agents and prompts: design, test, and refine prompts and AI flows for SMS, email, chat, and voice
• Set up multi-channel outreach: email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook/Instagram DMs, and voice
• Report and track: dashboards, attribution, and KPIs for pipeline and campaign performance
• Document and train: write SOPs and train internal teams on the systems you build
• Troubleshoot and improve: monitor deliverability, workflow errors, and AI output quality

What You Bring

Must-have

• 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience (agency or SaaS-mode setups preferred)
• Proven work building complex workflows, funnels, and pipelines
• Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GHL Conversation AI, or Voice AI
• Strong prompt-writing skills
• Experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Working knowledge of APIs and webhooks
• Clear written English; able to document processes simply

Nice-to-have

• GHL certification (Admin or Certified Expert)
• Experience with Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, or other voice AI platforms
• Basic JavaScript, Python, or JSON handling
• Email deliverability setup (DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Background in B2B sales, lead generation, or marketing agencies
