As a Transformation Go-To-Market Director in Toronto, you’ll connect Slalom’s Transformation strategy with market and regional priorities. You’ll partner with Transformation leaders, Client Partners, Sales Executives, and delivery teams to build demand, shape opportunities, and drive growth.

Our Transformation Capability includes Transformation Strategy and Leadership, Workforce Modernization, Talent Optimization, Change Acceleration, HR Transformation, Organization and Operating Model Design, and Operational Improvement.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Transformation go-to-market strategy for Toronto, aligning market opportunities with broader capability priorities.
  • Build executive client relationships, generate pipeline, and represent Slalom as a Transformation thought leader at external and Slalom-led events.
  • Partner with sales and industry leaders to shape pursuits, workshops, RFPs, and multi-capability solutions.
  • Lead and align Transformation GTM leaders, sharing best practices and supporting team development.
  • Partner with leadership on revenue forecasts, workforce planning, staffing, and overall capability health.
  • Contribute to client delivery in billable Solution Lead and/or SME roles.

This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work from a Slalom office, client sites, and remotely based on client and team needs.

What You’ll Bring
  • Strategic leadership and the ability to translate market trends into growth opportunities.
  • Proven success building executive relationships, pipeline, and new business.
  • Executive presence and credibility engaging CXO-level clients and representing Transformation externally.
  • Strong commercial and delivery judgment, balancing growth, quality, and client outcomes.
  • A collaborative leadership style with experience working across sales, delivery, capability, and industry teams.
