About Osara Health
Founded in 2016 by oncologists and cancer specialists, Osara Health is a globally recognized, evidence-based cancer support platform. By combining digital tools with specialized human coaching, we empower people impacted by cancer to take control of their health outcomes. We partner with insurance carriers and employers as a wellness benefit, to improve the experience of cancer care. Osara delivers clinically validated interventions that support wellbeing and return-to-work outcomes, backed by more than 11 published clinical studies.
About the Role
This is a marketing role, and a rare opportunity to build and own Osara's North American marketing function. You don't need a marketing background to apply. If you've built strong commercial relationships in consulting, enterprise account management, partnerships or business development, you already have the instincts that matter most here: understanding what senior buyers care about, building trust with key accounts, and communicating clearly. We'll back you to learn the marketing craft on the job.
We've deliberately kept the scope focused. Rather than covering every channel, you'll own five clear outcomes: leading our events and conferences, running account-based marketing for our top 10 North American accounts, supporting our North American customers with marketing, managing our website, and developing Osara's thought-leadership voice. You'll also oversee our company social channels, with a contractor handling day-to-day content. For the right person, we value curiosity, drive and commercial judgment over a perfect resume.
What You'll Work On
Events & Conferences
- Own our North American events and conference calendar, from choosing the right events to making each one count
- Coordinate speaker submissions, talking points and event materials
- Represent Osara at conferences, building relationships with customers and prospects
- Thought Leadership
- Develop Osara's point of view on cancer support, employee wellbeing and return to work
- Work with our executives and clinicians to shape articles, LinkedIn posts and award submissions
- Make sure our thought leadership supports the conversations sales is having with buyers
Account-Based Marketing: Top 10 North American Accounts
- Build and execute a marketing plan for our top 10 North American accounts, in close partnership with sales
- Create tailored content for each account, such as one-pagers, case studies and outreach
- Join customer and prospect meetings to understand what each account needs
Website
- Own our website, keeping messaging clear and compelling for insurer and employer audiences
- Publish regular updates, including blogs, news and case studies
- Use customer feedback to keep sharpening how we describe our value
Social Media
- Set direction for Osara's company social channels, with LinkedIn as the priority
North American Customer Marketing
- Be the go-to marketing partner for our North American customers, handling their requests and projects
- Coordinate co-branded materials and campaigns with insurer and employer customers
- Help customers promote Osara to their members and employees
What We're Looking For
Required
- You get things done. You pick up work, move it forward and follow through without needing to be chased.
- You think commercially. You understand how marketing supports revenue and partnerships, and you connect your work to business goals.
- You're comfortable at both levels. You can set a plan and also do the hands-on work, switching between the two within a clear set of priorities.
- You build trust with partners. You're confident working directly with carrier and employer contacts, and with our own leadership team.
- You enjoy variety. You like contributing across several areas of the business and seeing how your work shapes growth.
- 5+ years in a commercial, client-facing role, such as management consulting, enterprise account management, partnerships or business development
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to run several projects and see them through
- Genuine curiosity about marketing and an appetite to learn it quickly
Nice to have
- Exposure to insurance, employee benefits or healthcare in North America
- Any hands-on experience with events, content or marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, WordPress or Canva
- No marketing experience? Please still apply. We'll support you to learn the tools and techniques on the job.
Tools You'll Use
HubSpot · Salesforce · WordPress · Canva · LinkedIn · Google Analytics. Don't worry if these are new to you. You'll pick them up quickly with support from the team.
