Agency : Havas Media Group Job Description : The Global Go-To-Market Team (Change Management/Adoption) is looking for a candidate for the position of Global Intern. His/her knowledge of Change Management and Project Management combined with his/her analytical and people skills will shape the core of his/her responsibilities. In this role, you will be joining a team of high-performance professionals across a wide variety of areas of expertise and roles, and especially cultures. The Global Intern is responsible for supporting and promoting the adoption and implementation of our global suite of tools and platforms, directly to the local Havas country locations and to key client teams. This involves flexibility to perform a wide variety of tasks and a high degree of excellence across a full spectrum of skills. Specifically, a technical background to understand, summarize, and engage with the data intensive products, but also the charismatic soft-skills to subsequently present those products in forms of onboarding and use cases and the cultural sensitivity to uncover and create action plans to overcome underlying barriers to adoption. Will also need to navigate a matrix organization where global & local stakeholders have various mindsets, roles and reporting lines. Main Responsibilities Use case development: independently identify , consolidate, develop, and present functional aspects. Stakeholder management: engage and maintain regular contact across senior and technical gatekeepers. Giving presentations: essential to have experience in developing a visual presentation and the oral confidence to dynamically deliver it via large team sessions. Updating product documentation: technical expertise to quickly understand the mechanics of a tool and summarize in powerpoint for easier communication. Communication strategy: optimise channels and methods of communication to be more effective & efficient. Developing adoption KPIs and tracking progress: excel and dashboarding experience will be useful. Adaptability and flexibility to absorb changing priorities and pivots to new objectives . Assisting with change management strategy: use understanding of barriers to adoption to develop long term plans. Education & Languages Master Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or Communication Fluent in English. Key Competencies Good interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. Proactive and ability to initiate & think outside the box. Good analytical problem-solving skills. Positive, persistent, and can-do attitude.
