GoHighLevel Specialist (GHL) Salary – Fully Remote Work From Home Role (JOB ID: GHLSRT2026) Role Our client is looking for a GoHighLevel Specialist to support the CRM management, lead generation workflows, and client communication processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing lead capture systems, organizing CRM pipelines, supporting client communication, and ensuring leads are properly tracked and followed up inside GoHighLevel. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, proactive, and comfortable handling administrative and technical tasks independently. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain GoHighLevel CRM systems and pipelines • Support lead capturing and lead organization workflows • Ensure leads are properly tracked and updated inside the CRM • Assist with administrative and technical tasks related to operations and marketing workflows • Collaborate with the team to improve systems and organization processes • Receive and handle inbound phone calls professionally • Coordinate vendor communication and ongoing follow ups as needed • Utilize Microsoft tools for communication and coordination • Conduct research tasks Requirements: • Familiarity with GoHighLevel in a professional environment • Strong English and Spanish communication skills (verbal and written) • Strong independent problem solving skills • Ability to manage technical and administrative tasks with minimal supervision • Organized and detail oriented mindset Nice to Have: • Experience utilizing AI driven project management software and intelligent automation to optimize workflows and drive operational efficiency • Proven ability to navigate direct client communications and manage frontline phone engagement effectively Location Remote Availability Full-Time (40h per week) Must be available during U.S. PDT business hours (9am–5pm PDT) Compensation $7/hr – $10/hr, depending on qualifications and skillsets
