This is an great opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong numerical or analytical degree who is looking to build a long-term career within Data. The Role As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will work closely with the wider analytics team to deliver meaningful business insight and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Producing analysis, reporting and commercial insight for senior stakeholders Identifying trends, patterns and opportunities within large data sets Supporting forecasting, modelling and performance analysis Building reports and dashboards to support operational and commercial decisions Using analytical thinking to improve processes and business performance Supporting continuous improvement projects across the organisation Working collaboratively with cross functional, operational and commercial teams What We Are Looking For A minimum 2:1 degree within a numerical, analytical or STEM degree subject Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving Excellent customer focus Strong communication, collaborative and stakeholder skills Genuine interest in Data Analytics, BI or Commercial Analysis What’s On Offer £28,000 - £32,000 starting salary 26 days holiday + bank holidays 8%+ pension Hybrid and flexible working Excellent career progression On-site parking This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Data Analyst, looking to join a well-established business offering training, progression and long-term career development.
