At Gamma we provide voice, data, and mobile solutions to businesses across the UK, Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. When you join us, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that’s transforming how businesses connect and communicate globally.

We’re growing fast, but we never lose sight of what matters: our people. Whether you're looking to develop your skills, take on new challenges, or make a meaningful impact, Gamma is the place to do it.

What is the role responsible for?

The experience we offer is a great start for someone looking to build a career in a financial environment. To underline this, we’re keen to offer training for a professional finance qualification (CIMA or ACCA). However, if these paths do not interest you, there is scope to embark on other business relevant qualifications.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

Working closely with commercial and sales teams, you'll implement pricing changes to our billing systems, investigate issues, analyse data, and help improve processes to ensure customers are billed correctly and the business remains commercially protected.

Here are a few examples of what you could be involved with:

  • Maintain and update pricing and cost reference data within our billing systems to ensure accuracy across Gamma’s products, suppliers, customers and channel partners.

  • Investigate pricing and billing issues, identify root causes, and resolve complex support queries.
  • Analyse, cleanse and validate data using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python and Power BI to support pricing operations.

What you’ll bring

  • A solid academic background in a STEM subject is strongly preferred. Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biological Science graduates have traditionally performed well in this role, but we welcome applicants from areas like Data Science, Economics, Engineering and Computer Science.
  • You are likely to have strong skills in Excel or SQL. Experience or knowledge of Python or Power BI would be of use, but we will help you to develop all these skills when you are in the role.
  • Good technical problem-solving skills – you’ll enjoy the challenge of working out how to make things work.
  • Able to assess information, prioritise workload and implement changes
  • Able to builds strong relationships and communicate complex information clearly to a range of internal stakeholders.
  • You’ll be great at working with others to make things happen and resolve issues.
  • Within an hour of our central London offices (near to Liverpool Street), this is a hybrid role, and you’ll be required in the office 5 days per week for the first six months, reducing to 3 after six months.

What do we offer you?

  • 25 days annual leave + birthday
  • Subsidised private medical insurance
  • 5.1% matched pension contributions
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Life assurance and Income protection
  • Share save and incentive plans
  • Electric Vehicle and Cycle scheme
  • Employee discounts
  • Volunteer day

A few things to note

We require all candidates to be eligible to work in the UK and pass a basic DBS check.

If you don’t meet every requirement but feel you could thrive in this role, we would still encourage you to apply.

Gamma is an equal-opportunity employer committed to building diverse, inclusive teams where everyone feels valued and can be their authentic selves. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, especially those underrepresented in our industry. As a family-friendly employer, we foster a culture of trust, autonomy, and flexibility to support your work-life balance and help you thrive at Gamma.
