Role Overview

We're a specialist international recruitment and headhunting firm connecting exceptional South African talent with companies across the UK, US and other global markets.

We're looking for an ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Pretoria. Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll learn the art of headhunting, candidate engagement and relationship building across industries including Technology, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success and Finance.

This is an opportunity to build a career in international recruitment, combining people skills, sales and commercial thinking.

No recruitment experience required. We're hiring for attitude, ambition and potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and recruitment tools.
• Engage and attract potential candidates through targeted outreach, email and phone calls.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess experience, motivations and suitability.
• Build targeted talent pools and high-quality candidate shortlists for international clients.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks and candidate follow-ups.
• Research international industries, job markets and salary trends.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, manage recruitment pipelines and work towards performance targets.
• Support senior consultants throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Experience

• Completed a bachelor's degree, or completing studies by December 2026.
• 0–1 year of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Sales-driven, hungry to succeed, resilient and proactive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to travel to Stellenbosch twice a year.
• Available for company week in Hermanus, 11–15 January 2027.
