The Graduate Programme:

As a Graduate, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to deliver of high-quality accounting services for clients across a range of industries. 

From day one, you will be encouraged to contribute, take on responsibility and build your confidence.

You'll join one of our specialist teams - Pharmacy, SME, Corporate Finance, or Tax - where you’ll
initially learn by shadowing experienced team members before taking ownership of your own work. Depending on your team this may include management accounts, tax, audit, financial reporting and transactional support.

Throughout the Graduate Programme, you’ll gain practical exposure to accounting systems, reporting standards, and client relationship management, while developing the technical and professional skills that form the foundation of a successful career in accounting. 
You’ll also work with the latest developments in AI, automation and connected financial systems, gaining practical experience of how technology is being used to streamline processes, improve reporting and deliver better insight for clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced professionals on real client projects, gaining insights into delivering high
  quality accounting and advisory services across a variety of sectors. 

• Build hands
  on experience in accounting, audit, tax, and advisory – developing both the technical expertise and professional judgement needed to excel. 

• Master financial reporting and analysis, learning how to interpret data, prepare reports, and provide insights that support clients in making key business decisions. 

• Develop practical skills in client relationship management, problem
  solving, and the use of accounting systems and tools that are essential in today’s professional environment. 

• Grow with continuous feedback and mentoring, ensuring you have the support you need to progress quickly. 

What You Will Bring:

• A recent degree in accounting, finance, business or related fields, with a strong academic foundation and an eagerness to apply your knowledge. 

• A proactive mindset – curious, motivated, and ready to take ownership of your learning and contributions.

• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills, ensuring the delivery of accurate, high
