Grant Operations & Compliance Manager

The Grant Operations & Compliance Manager oversees operational compliance for the RHTP award, ensuring accurate documentation, procurement and personnel controls, time and effort tracking, financial support, milestone reporting, audit readiness, and compliance with state and federal requirements.

This is a grant-funded, time-limited position dependent on continued RHTP/GROW grant funding and organizational need. Future funding is not guaranteed.

Eligible for medical coverage on your 1st day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements:

40 hours per week - First Shift

Monday - Friday

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hybrid / Remote

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business, Public Administration, Nursing, or a related field required.

Master’s degree or grant/compliance certification preferred.

Experience in grant administration, healthcare compliance, finance, audit, project management, or a related field preferred.

Experience with federal grants and 2 CFR Part 200 strongly preferred.
