Job Title: Grant Writing Associate Type: Fixed-term contract (3 months, with potential renewal) Location: Remote, Nigeria-based Compensation: ₦75,000/month + post-contract upgrade pathway Reports to: Grant Writing & Proposals Lead About Career Bridge Foundation Career Bridge Foundation is a UK-registered Community Interest Company building capability verification infrastructure for global talent. About the role You will draft grant applications and funding submissions under the direction of the Grant Writing & Proposals Lead. You will research funders, write first drafts, refine based on feedback, and contribute to a steady pipeline of submissions across the contract period. What you'll do Research grant opportunities across UK, EU, African, and global funders Draft grant applications under guidance from the Grant Writing & Proposals Lead Refine drafts through review cycles Maintain accurate records of submissions, deadlines, and outcomes in ClickUp Contribute to a target of 3+ grant submissions per month across the team How to apply Submit: Your CV A brief cover note (no more than 200 words) on why you want to develop a career in grant writing One writing sample of your choice (any genre — we are assessing writing quality, not grant-specific experience) Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short writing exercise (60 minutes) before final interview.
