Graphic Design Intern [HCM]

Role Description

The Graphic Design Intern [HCM] is a full-time remote role supporting the creative and marketing teams across Sailing Club Leisure Group’s hospitality portfolio. This role is suitable for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical design experience.

With guidance from the team, you will help create and adapt social media visuals, simple digital and print materials, and presentation layouts using existing templates and brand guidelines. You will also assist with basic image editing, organize design files, and update artwork based on feedback.

You will have opportunities to contribute creative ideas, learn how hospitality brands communicate, and develop your design skills through real projects.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Basic familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools. You do not need to be proficient in all of them.
• An interest in design, with a basic understanding of layout, colour, and typography.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and apply feedback.
• Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized and meet agreed deadlines with team support.
• Clear communication and the ability to stay connected with the team while working remotely.
• A small portfolio of coursework, personal projects, or sample designs is welcome. No previous professional experience is required.
