Contract: Permanent, full-time, hybrid (60% remote - 40% onsite)

About the Role

• Independent creative development, concept and design of marketing materials for digital and print

• Design of brochures, flyers, presentations, ads, banners, newsletters and social media content

• Visual preparation of technical topics such as cutting tools, applications and test results

• Design of materials for trade fairs, customer events and visits at the Technology Center

• Image research, retouching and image editing

• Application of the Gühring corporate design across all materials

• Coordination with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Engineering) and external partners (printers, agencies, photographers)

• Preparation of print-ready and web-ready files

Ideal Profile

• Passion for high-quality design and visual storytelling

• Strong sense for typography, layout and visual language

• Creative, with an eye for detail and aesthetics

• Interest in technical topics and the ability to make them easy to understand

• Structured and independent way of working, good time management

• Team player with good communication skills

• Proactive and open to feedback

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field, or a convincing portfolio

• +5 years of professional experience in graphic design, in-house or in an agency

• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

• Experience with print production and digital formats

• Fluent English, written and spoken

• German language is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or industrial marketing

• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects)

• Experience with Figma or similar tools

• Basic knowledge of 3D visualization or CAD-based product images

• German language skills

• Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany and other Gühring locations
