Graphic Designer

Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Remote (depending on competence and suitability)

Salary: ₦150,000+ Monthly (Negotiable based on competence and experience)

We are looking for a professional with a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of corporate branding and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual communication.

We believe great design goes beyond aesthetics. It tells a brand's story, communicates its values, strengthens its identity and creates impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality corporate designs, including company profiles, proposals, presentations, brochures and marketing materials.
• Create engaging social media graphics, advertising creatives and campaign materials.
• Develop visual concepts that align with brand identities and communication objectives.
• Maintain consistency across corporate brands and digital platforms.
• Interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into polished visual designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team on creative projects.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in graphic design, particularly corporate and commercial design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media designs, advertising creatives and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW or equivalent professional design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, visual hierarchy and brand identity.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, interpret briefs and deliver quality work with minimal supervision.

Added Advantage: Video editing, motion graphics and animation skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
